PonyASMR Project is a YouTube channel created by a group of audio enthusiasts, voice actresses, and artists to produce calm and relaxing sleep aids; immersive experiences for listeners that provides an avenue of escapism from anxiety and depression with characters from My Little Pony.
Viewers who support the group on Patreon have the option to get custom versions of the scenarios where the actor refers to the viewer by name. The channel also hosts auditions on Casting Call Club to find new actresses for their productions, starting with the Princess Luna audio production. The typical format to a new release is a trailer, normally setting up the events to the video, followed by the main video shortly after.
As of 2022, five main audio productions have been produced, with a Pinkie Pie audio production currently in the works. Princess Luna, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, and Lyra audio productions are also in the works, with interests to make a Coco Pommel production as well.[1]
