Shipping and Handling is a fanfiction written by Pegasus Rescue Brigade. It can be found on Equestria Daily. It is a comedy and a shipping story. It is about Derpy Hooves (called Ditzy Doo in the story) and her daughter Dinky.
Style[]
The story is written in a third person perspective that follows Ditzy Doo, with occasional scenes that follow other important characters, such as Dinky.
Summary[]
Shipping and Handling follows Ditzy's life when she suddenly loses her job as a mailmare. When she looks in the classified ads for a new job to support her filly, she sees an ad for the "Equestria Speedy Shipping Services". She misenterprets "Shipping" for parcel delivering. When she gets there, she applies for the job and is accepted. Soon, she finds that the word "Shipping" has many different meanings. When she finds out that her new job is a matchmaking service, she doesn't tell Dinky. Her first client, Spike, wants to get a date with Rarity. When she succeeds, she makes 200 bits, which is the weekly payment at her old job. It continues on, with various problems and ships.

Ditzy Doo[]
The wall eyed mailmare (Or in this case, matchmaker) is a 1 on the Derpy Scale. She can talk like any other mare, but she still has her eye condition.
Dinky Doo[]
She is very smart, and she eventually figures out that her mother isnt working at her old job.
Autumn Breeze[]
A co-worker who helps Ditzy through various stituations.
