Millie is a mare and mother to a foal named Cream Puff.
She made her first appearance in "The Mysterious Mare Do Well" and later made a cameo appearance in "Spike at Your Service".

Portrayal in the series[]
Millie never spoke in the show. She never said anything except for a loud screech that sounded like the same one Rarity made in "Swarm of the Century" when she was forced to defend herself from the parasprites.
